About the Role
">We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Global Sales Manager in the Americas region. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to drive business growth, build strong relationships with clients, and lead a high-performing sales team.

- Maintain and grow existing client relationships through exceptional service, technical expertise, and regular communication.">
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region, leveraging industry trends and market insights to stay ahead of the competition.">
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales orders, shipment schedules, and other business operations.">
- Provide regular feedback to management on sales performance, market developments, and potential areas for improvement.">
- Lead and manage a dynamic sales team, setting goals, tracking progress, and providing coaching and support to ensure they meet or exceed their targets.">
- Foster a culture of innovation, customer obsession, and continuous improvement within the team.">
About You
">We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and leading high-performing sales teams. If you have a passion for sales, a keen understanding of the chemicals industry, and excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline with an MBA in Marketing or Exports.">
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the chemicals industry.">
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships.">
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.">
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.">
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.">
What We Offer
">We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
