Global Sales Coordinator

As a Global Sales Coordinator at Hapag-Lloyd AG, you will play a critical role in delivering quality support to Sales Execution and Sales Steering. Your primary objective will be to optimize vessel utilization in view of volume and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing rate quotations and filtering of rate requests to ensure cargo identified and quoted is aligned with company aspirations.
- Following the Four Eye principle for all BCO/tender contracts filed for MIN.
- Day-to-day TM discussions and reviewing quotations based on contribution and imbalances aspects using FIS pre-calculation.
- Coordinating with Trade Management for service contract proposals and special rate offers.
Requirements:
- Active knowledge of market, maritime documents, and commercial terms.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a commercial role, preferably in the maritime sector.
- Active knowledge of English 'maritime' language.
