Role: Global Sales Lead (Manager/ Senior Manager/ AGM/ DGM/ GM) BDM &/ ASM

Product: Air Import/ Air Export/ Sea Import/ Sea Exports

Responsibilities:

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving overall local sales activity for our respective branch and team.

You will be well-versed in all products of air and ocean freight imports and exports, and will be expected to realize sales targets, execute the sales strategy, visit existing and potential customers, understand needs, coordinate with pricing and CS team, and monitor end-to-end shipment process.

Key Skills:

Talent acquisition and development, creating and nurturing team spirit within the sales team and with other team members of the company.

Drive both revenue and margin growth across multiple verticals and modes.

Responsible for timely collection of payments from customers and of team.

Must have a good network and relationships with the players in the local market and surrounding areas.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
