This role is a pivotal part of driving collaboration across the organization, working closely with business heads to unlock synergies, create cross-business solutions, and establish external partnerships.
- Collaborate with business heads to identify integration opportunities and leverage strengths across different business units.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies with external organizations, platforms, and brands to enhance group-wide offerings.
- Build joint go-to-market initiatives and cross-functional campaigns by aligning with internal teams.
- Negotiate agreements ensuring value creation for the organization and partners.
- Track performance of internal and external collaborations against business objectives.
To excel in this role, you will need:
Qualifications and Skills- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6-10 years of experience in partnerships, business strategy, or corporate development, preferably in advertising, media, or marketing.
- Proven track record of working with multiple business units to create integrated solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align diverse business leaders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive initiatives independently.
