
Business Development Lead

Job Purpose
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our New Business Development efforts in the Auto Logistics Division and Inland Transportation.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in Request for Quotation (RFQ), New Enquiry processes, and understand client requirements to design appropriate solutions.
- Analyse yard, in-plant, and warehousing industry product flow processes, and work with teams to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Develop process flows, resource mappings, and manpower allocation strategies to drive business growth.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to derive OPEX and CAPEX for projects.
- Collaborate with Operations teams to provide operational insights and support business development requirements.
- Analyse historical data to offer flexible solutions that bring cost efficiency.
- Support contract negotiations and finalise commercials to provide the best possible cost-effective solutions.
- C coordinate with Project Implementation Teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Pre-Requisites
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Contract Logistics Domain.
- Good understanding of in-plant, yard operations, and warehousing business in multiple industries.
- Strong Communication, Interpersonal, Research, and Strategic Analytical skills.
- Ability to analyse complex data to develop effective solutions.
- Market/Business Intelligence.
- Detail-oriented with high competency in Microsoft Office applications.
