Business Development Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our business development team as a Sales Intern. This internship provides an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and client acquisition in a structured professional environment.

This is a paid internship based out of our Indore office. Candidates must be available to work on-site for the full internship duration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential markets, industries, and client profiles
  • Generate new leads through cold calls, emails, and social outreach
  • Qualify leads and maintain lead engagement
  • Assist in drafting proposals and sales presentations
  • Document client interactions and update CRM systems
  • Collaborate with the internal team to track and report progress on leads and conversions
  • Support in organizing meetings, calls, and follow-ups with prospective clients
Required Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills — verbal and written
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic
  • Must be able to work full-time from our Indore office during the internship period
