Job Title: Relationship Manager

DBS Bank is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team in India. As a key member of our SME, India, IBG4 department, you will be responsible for acquiring and building a well-diversified portfolio within the IBG 4 segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source new to bank asset relationships within the IBG 4 segment, aligned to bank lending policy.
  • Ensure a good net interest income and fees across the portfolio, as well as regular revenue streams through cross-selling of trade, liabilities, cash, treasury, and fee products.
  • Play an instrumental role in increasing the profitability of the business.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and maintain delinquencies at zero.
  • Implement and execute IBG4 business strategy to increase market share and achieve targets consistent with IBG4 topline and bottom-line targets.
  • Build DBS brand value and enhance network in the location through various marketing activities, collaborations, and events.
  • Comply with the bank's processes and policies and ensure positive ratings during all country/group audits.
Requirements:
  • Overall 3-7 years of experience in sales.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience in SME/Business Banking lending.
  • Proven sales track record in asset business in the SME/Business Banking segment.
  • Knowledge of competitors and market place.
  • Market knowledge and experience in the SME segment, with reference to customer preferences and requirements.
