At ORACURA SOLUTIONS PVT LTD, we are seeking a skilled Customer Support Associate to join our team.
Job DescriptionOur ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner. They will be responsible for monitoring customer complaints on social media, providing assistance and informing customers about new features and functionalities. Additionally, they will follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved and gather feedback to share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email or chat.
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and provide assistance.
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
- Follow up with customers to ensure technical issues are resolved.
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.
Requirements and Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Patience when handling tough cases.
- Multi-tasking abilities.
- Good listening skills.
- Ability to create a strong network of relationships among peers, internal partners, external constituencies and decision-makers.
- Outstanding negotiation and conflict-resolving skills.

Job Type: Full-time.
Salary: 15,000.00 per month.
Benefits: Leave encashment & 2 Saturdays Off.
