Retention Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a talented Retention Marketing Specialist to help us grow our customer base and increase revenue. This role is perfect for someone with experience in retention marketing, who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a retention strategy that drives repeat business, increases customer loyalty, and improves overall revenue growth. They will work closely with our cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and preferences, identify areas for improvement, and develop targeted solutions.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in retention marketing, preferably in the D2C e-commerce space.
- Proven track record of success in scaling email, WhatsApp, SMS, and push notification channels.
- Strong understanding of LTV, cash flow, churn reduction, and customer loyalty models.
- Ability to design strategies that improve reorder cycles, habit formation, and loyalty-driven LTV growth.
