Customer Retention Manager

Soulflower, a leading natural beauty and wellness company, is expanding rapidly across eCommerce, Quick Commerce, Retail, and Global markets – and customer retention is at the heart of our growth.

We're looking for a passionate Assistant Manager - Customer Lifecycle Management to strengthen Soulflower's relationship with its loyal customer base.

This role will focus on designing and executing customer retention journeys: onboarding, engagement, repeat, cross-sell, win-back, and churn prevention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data-Driven Approach: Segment customers using RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) and behavioral cohorts to increase Repeat Purchase Rate, AOV, and CLV through targeted CRM strategies.
  • Campaign & Channel Management: Own CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push Notifications with sharp personalization to drive customer delight.
  • Loyalty & Retention Programs: Strengthen Soulflower's Loyalty Program by driving sign-ups, redemptions, and improving LTV through VIP & Subscriber Programs.
  • Data, Analytics & Reporting: Track key retention metrics and build weekly dashboards and insights for leadership to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Tools & Technology: Manage CRM/automation tools like Klaviyo, WebEngage, MoEngage, Clevertap, Shopify CRM integrations and explore AI-driven segmentation and predictive churn tools.
