Job Title:

Data Insights Specialist

As a key member of our data analytics team, you will be responsible for uncovering valuable insights from large datasets. Your expertise in data science and advanced analytics delivery will enable us to make informed business decisions and drive growth.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop creative solutions using Google platforms and technologies. Your ability to leverage big data tools like GCP (BigQuery, VertexAI), AWS, MS Azure, and statistical programming languages such as SQL and Python will be essential in delivering world-class solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines using various tools and technologies.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns that inform business strategy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and analytics to continuously improve our capabilities.

Requirements:

Experience & Education

A minimum of 5+ years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence, with a Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Computer Science, Analytics, Statistics, or related field.

Technical Expertise

Extensive experience in Data Science and Advanced Analytics delivery teams, Strong statistical programming experience - SQL, Python, Experience working with large data sets and big data tools like GCP (BigQuery, VertexAI), AWS, MS Azure etc.

Solid knowledge in at least one of the following – Multivariate Statistics, Reliability Models, Markov Models, Stochastic models, Classification, Regression, Clustering, Ensemble Modelling (random forest, boosted tree, etc.)

Experience in at least one of these business domains: Supply Chain, Marketing Analytics, Customer Analytics, Digital Marketing, eCommerce

Extensive experience in client engagement and business development, Ability to work in a global collaborative team environment.

Industry Knowledge:

Understanding of ITIL and IT service management frameworks, Experience with service desk metrics and KPIs, Knowledge of data center and network management analytics, Familiarity with cybersecurity analytics and reporting.
