Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Insights Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business strategy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver high-quality performance reports and ad-hoc analysis to support informed decision-making.
  • Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards using industry-leading tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Present complex insights clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain data accuracy by extracting, cleaning, and validating from multiple systems.
  • Support workforce management with forecasting and trend analysis.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and confidentiality standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data analysis and reporting within a contact center or similar environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
  • Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
  • Solid understanding of Structured Query Language (SQL) and ability to query databases.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
  • Strong communication and data storytelling abilities.
