Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team. As a Data Insights Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting complex data sets to drive business decisions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources across the organization
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present key findings and insights
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements through data analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and deliver tailored analyses
  • Maintain high levels of data integrity, accuracy, and adherence to data governance policies
  • Develop and maintain documentation for data processes, methodologies, and best practices

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (preferred)
  • 3+ years of working experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Python programming language and data analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and matplotlib
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
  • Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and machine learning concepts
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
