Job Title: Business Insights Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our business development team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying and tapping into potential clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in staffing.
  • Build and maintain target client databases with accurate company and decision-maker details.
  • Track hiring trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to support the sales team.
  • Work closely with Business Development Managers to develop client outreach strategies.
  • Provide data-driven reports and actionable insights for effective client engagement.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in market research or lead generation.
  • Strong skills in using job boards and other market intelligence tools.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support EST shift operations.
