Role Summary

As Head Of Digital Growth, you will own the P&L and Growth Strategy for Ramsons Perfumes,

direct-to-consumer business. You will oversee website operations, digital marketing, marketplace

management, content and customer experience. This role combines strategic leadership with

hands-on execution; you will be responsible for scaling the brand's online revenue while preserving

its positioning and crafting a memorable customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • E-commerce ownership – Optimize our Shopify site with a focus on UI/UX, storytelling and conversion. Implement CRO, A/B testing and analytics to continuously improve performance.

  • P&L & Strategy – Own the D2C P&L; develop annual plans and budgets and report performance to leadership. Coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, tech, supply-chain, design, customer support) to execute the plan

  • Performance Marketing & Growth – Lead digital acquisition across paid search, social,

display, aFiliates and influencer marketing; optimize CAC, ROAS and lifetime value; drive SEO and content strategy to improve organic reach. Plan and execute ads via Meta, Google,

Amazon Ads, Flipkart PLA, etc. Manage retention marketing and implement personalized

journeys

  • Brand & Content – Define brand positioning and creative direction; supervise campaign

development (digital, social, ATL, influencer) and ensure consistent storytelling across all

touchpoints. Oversee product photography, video and copywriting to capture the sensory

experience of fragrances.

  • Marketplace management – Develop marketplace strategy for all the marketplace platforms;

manage product listings, pricing, advertising and promotions; ensure marketplace

experiences reflect brand standards. Work with category teams to negotiate terms and drive

ranking & performance.

  • Customer Experience & Retention – Build and lead a customer support team; develop SOPs,

automate repetitive tasks and monitor metrics like NPS, first-response time and resolution

rate. Act as the "voice of the customer" internally and implement retention initiatives (loyalty

programs, win-back campaigns)

  • Analytics & Insights – Establish dashboards for sales, traFic, conversion, AOV and retention;

use data to uncover growth opportunities and influence product, merchandising and

marketing decisions

  • Team Leadership – Recruit and mentor a high-performing D2C team. Foster a culture of

experimentation and continuous learning. Define KRAs and success metrics across teams.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with perfumers, supply-chain, finance and

retail teams to plan inventory, forecast demand and deliver a consistent omnichannel brand experience.

Required Experience

  • 8–15 years of experience in e-commerce / D2C with at least 3–5 years leading a P&L.

  • Proven track record of scaling a digital-first consumer brand (beauty / personal-care /

fragrance) using Shopify/WordPress and performance marketing

  • Expertise in SEO/SEM, media buying, email marketing, CRM, analytics and CRO

  • Strong brand-building skills and understanding of consumer expectations

  • Experience managing marketplace channels and using their advertising tools.

  • Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills.
