Experience Required: Minimum 3 years as Sales Head in a reputed company

CTC: As per industry standards (Negotiable for the right candidate)

Reporting To: Managing Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base (dealers/distributors/retailers/OEMs).
  • Lead a national sales team — including zonal managers, territory heads, and field executives — with clear KPIs and targets.
  • Establish strong distribution networks and appoint state-wise distributors and stockists.
  • Design and implement incentive schemes, secondary sales targets, loyalty programs, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor channel performance, collection efficiency, and market penetration.
  • Ensure field team reporting via CRM or manual structured formats.
  • Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis to stay ahead.
  • Work closely with marketing for campaigns, product launches, and branding activities.
  • Forecasting, budgeting, and driving monthly/quarterly sales reviews with measurable outcomes.
  • Coordinate with production, accounts, logistics, and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as Sales Head/GM Sales in a reputed company (FMCG / Consumer Durable / Sanitaryware industry preferred).
  • Proven track record of building channel networks and driving secondary sales.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, reporting dashboards, and Excel-based MIS.
  • Must be target-oriented, process-driven, and field-active.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • From companies in faucets, sanitaryware, hardware, or FMCG/durables (like Hindware, Cera, Astral, Jaquar, HUL, Havells, Orient, etc.)
  • Comfortable handling PAN India operations
  • Capable of scaling a brand from Tier-1 to Tier-3 markets
