Job Description for the position of Sales Executive

Position : Sales Executive

Reporting to: Sales Manager/Operation Head /MD

Company Name : Indus Instruments Pvt Ltd

Location : Dombivli

Position Purpose: Generate lead and support Internal & External sales team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Client Follow-up, Lead Generation, Coordinating with Sales Team.(minimum 5 Person)

  2. Fix appointment with client and arrange meeting of sales executive.

  3. Following up with sales team on the appointment before and after results.

  4. Collect & analyse reports of sales executive.

  5. Should respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone, and Email and pass the information to sales team.

  6. . Justdial, Indiamart, Sulekha & Other Portals Handling

  7. Responsible for giving the right information about the products to all the prospective clients.

  8. Coordination between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the clients needs, cost and time restraints.

  9. Sending quotation to the customer & getting feedback.

  10. Maintaining, developing & pertaining relationships with all customers through telephone calls and emails.

  11. Payment follow-up.

  12. All reports are maintained in the CRM

Key skills:

Good communication skill, analytical skill, customer service skill, customer relationship management, self-starter, team work, time management, planning & organising, self motivated who add value to the company, and adhere all ethical values of organisation.

Salary: Best in the industry

Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years.

Education: BE (Electrical / Electronics),

Notice Period: Less than 15 days

  • shall be responsible for meeting individual and team targets
  • shall be responsible for maintaining the reports
  • shall acts as an educator to cater to the needs of the customer.
  • shall be responsible for adhering to policies, systems and procedures.
  • shall be governed by the rules, regulation and office orders in force and framed by the company from time to time in relation to his/her service condition

CTC : Depends on the last drawn
