Key Account Management Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our organization in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth and achieve targets for assigned division.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate monthly sell-out targets to stores and merchandisers, and ensure execution.
  • Develop innovative tools, strategies, and initiatives to achieve sales objectives.
  • Prepare, track, and analyze detailed monthly sell-out reports by store and category.
  • Lead negotiations and discussions at the head-office level, covering agreements, new product listings, and price updates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 5-8 years of proven sales experience in FMCG, with a focus on On-Trade channel (hotels, restaurants, bars, cafés, and related outlets).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with ability to translate insights into action.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, particularly with On-Trade customers.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
  • Willingness to relocate and be based in Dubai, UAE.
