Job Description

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in elevating brand awareness and user engagement across various digital platforms. This individual will collaborate closely with the growth, product, and creative teams to execute campaigns, track results, and refine strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive digital marketing plans across Google, Meta, and other platforms
  • Support SEO, content, and social media initiatives to boost organic visibility
  • Assist in crafting and executing email, WhatsApp, and push notification campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports
  • Collaborate with the design/content team for creatives, videos, and ad copies
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor strategies, and industry benchmarks
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies (if required) for campaign execution
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 0–1 years of experience in digital/brand marketing
  • Understanding of digital platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Analytics
  • Strong communication and creative thinking skills
  • Comfortable appearing in brand videos, campaigns, or promotional content
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and derive insights
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with analytics dashboards

Additional desirable qualities include:

  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or SEMrush
  • Exposure to influencer marketing or affiliate campaigns
