Job Title: Expansion Manager
We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the expansion of our business network across designated regions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to lead, guide, and train team members while building and nurturing relationships with potential franchise partners.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying high-potential cities for expansion, conducting market research, and analyzing data to identify key growth opportunities. They will also be responsible for managing and working closely with assigned team members to collect, analyze, and call leads from potential areas.
The Expansion Manager will also be responsible for scrutinizing and shortlisting potential franchise profiles that align with our standards, overseeing the scheduling and alignment of meetings with interested prospects in target areas, planning and executing weekly visits to potential franchise areas to understand market dynamics and strengthen connections.
A strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills is required to succeed in this role. We require a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in business development, franchise operations, or sales, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Successful onboarding of new franchise partners.
- Meeting and exceeding franchise onboarding targets.
- Ensuring timely completion of franchise operational setup.
