Marketplace Expansion Specialist Role

We're seeking an experienced professional to drive our expansion across leading Indian and global online marketplaces.

This critical role will play a key part in our growth strategy, requiring someone with in-depth knowledge of fashion e-commerce - from onboarding to scaling, optimizing operations, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketplace Onboarding & Management: Oversee the end-to-end onboarding and setup of our products across relevant platforms.
  • Revenue Growth: Own revenue targets for marketplace channels, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to scale sales.
  • Catalog & Content Optimization: Ensure accurate and compelling product listings are optimized for visibility and conversions across platforms.
  • Promotions & Campaigns: Strategize, execute, and monitor marketplace promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand partnerships.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics (traffic, conversion, returns, profitability), generate actionable insights, and build data-led strategies.
  • Collaboration & Compliance: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless marketplace execution and maintain compliance with platform requirements.

About You

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in managing fashion businesses on marketplaces (Indian & global).
  • You possess strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort with marketplace dashboards.
  • You have a solid understanding of e-commerce operations, listing standards, returns management, and pricing strategies.
  • You are self-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple platforms and priorities.
  • You have a genuine interest in fashion, marketplaces, and digital commerce.
