Senior Customer Service Representative

The ideal candidate will handle customer care calls, resolve queries, process orders from e-commerce platforms, and ensure excellent post-sales support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer care calls in a professional and polite manner.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly.
- Process and manage customer orders via e-commerce platforms.
- Track and update order status, shipping details, and returns/refunds where applicable.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide feedback to improve customer service processes.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer care / call handling (e-commerce preferred).
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required).
- Strong problem-solving ability and customer-first approach.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
- Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.
- Additional training in customer service is a plus.
