Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Airport Ground Staff to join our team. As an airport ground staff, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and boarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service Representative: Provide information about flight schedules, delays, and airport services to ensure a smooth passenger experience.
  2. Safety Compliance Officer: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a secure environment.
  3. Passenger Liaison Officer: Manage passenger inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with passengers and colleagues.
  • Airline Operations Expert: Knowledge of airline operations and procedures to handle passenger data and manage check-in systems.
  • Technical Competence: Proficient in handling passenger data and managing check-in systems.

  • Problem-Solving Specialist: Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to handle complex situations.
  • Cultural Ambassador: Effective communication skills in English and local languages to cater to diverse passenger needs.
