We are seeking an experienced Strategic Bid Development Manager to join our team at Firstsource. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bid management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

As a Strategic Bid Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing winning bid strategies that meet the needs of our clients. This includes managing the bid process from start to finish, leading proposal development teams, and ensuring timely and high-quality submission of bids.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in bid management, with experience in developing and implementing winning bid strategies. They will also possess excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per annum, based on your experience and qualifications. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
