About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Client Partnerships Director to anchor our client relationships in India and beyond.

  • This is a key leadership position that requires the ability to hold senior marketing decision-makers accountable and drive revenue growth.
  • The successful candidate will guide internal teams to deliver strategies, campaigns, and content that meet business needs.
  • Key responsibilities include owning relationships with senior marketing decision-makers across enterprise and fast-growth tech accounts, anticipating client requirements, and bringing proactive solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior marketing decision-makers across multiple clients
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and improve client satisfaction
  • Guide internal teams to deliver high-quality work products that meet client needs
  • Anticipate client requirements and bring proactive solutions to ensure seamless delivery
  • Maintain commercial awareness and balance financial targets with creative deliverables
  • Develop and grow the client services team into consultative partners
  • Partner with agency leadership to shape proposals, pitches, and new market entries

What We're Looking For

  • 12+ years of experience in client service (agency side, B2B is a big plus)
  • Proven track record of running multi-market accounts and driving revenue growth
  • Strong ability to hold a room with senior CMOs and marketing leaders
  • Someone who can manage both detail and direction
  • An instinct for commercial growth as much as delivery discipline
