Senior Regional Business Development Leader

As a Senior Regional Business Development Leader, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing critical performance metrics in your designated region. You will lead business-critical initiatives such as product launches, process improvements, and vendor relationships.

  • Contribute actively to business decisions through qualitative inputs and quantitative analysis.
  • Have a deep understanding of design requirements and customer experience to maximize business results.
  • Develop and manage a high-performing team of business managers, designers, and other stakeholders.
  • Own the quality of design closures for Livspace products and services in your region.
  • Ability to drive and meet key performance indicators such as timely design sign-offs, snag-free designs, sales penetration, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent; MBA is an added advantage.
  • At least 7-8 years of experience in interior fit-out businesses, managing revenue-generating teams or selling design products/services.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Structured thought process and strong analytical ability.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Personal and professional drive to continuously improve design and design experience.
  • Deep understanding of interior fit-out industry processes and market trends.
  • Ability to hire, retain, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
  • Track and train team members on job skills, track performance, and course correct as needed.
  • Customer empathy and ability to be a trustworthy partner.
