We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Business Development Executive. The successful candidate will represent a diverse portfolio of top franchise brands across multiple industries in India.
About the Role
- Strategically market and sell franchise opportunities from national and regional brands.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs, identifying best-fit franchise models tailored to their investment goals.
- Facilitate negotiations and close deals virtually across Indian states without travel requirements.
- Nurture long-term client relationships ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years in sales with 20+ franchises sold.
- Exceptional consultative selling communication negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset generating revenue mastering business sectors.
- Fluency in English Hindi is mandatory plus proficiency in regional languages Tamil Kannada Telugu Malayalam Gujarati Marathi Punjabi depending on the market.
