Customer Relationship Executive Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Customer Relationship Executive. This position is ideal for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in building strong relationships with existing customers.

In this capacity, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive exceptional customer service and support, while also identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services that meet their needs.

Your primary goal will be to maintain accurate customer data and activity records using our CRM system, and to proactively contact customers to inform them about new products and services, promotions, and other relevant updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Understand the needs and requirements of our customers, and offer them our products and services that meet their needs.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and activity records using our CRM system.
  • Manage customer queries and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a track record of achieving customer satisfaction and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of the latest industry trends and best practices in customer relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams.
