Client Focused Account Professional

We are seeking an ambitious Client Focused Account Professional to support and nurture client relationships while ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to meet client expectations.
  • Proactively monitor client satisfaction and address minor concerns promptly.

Service Coordination:

  • Prepare regular status updates and reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in tracking account performance metrics, including timelines, deliverables, and customer feedback.

Documentation:

  • Maintain organized records of client interactions, requirements, and feedback.

Support Strategic Growth:

  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to support account growth.
  • Work closely with senior account managers to develop strategies for client retention and business expansion.
Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related fields.

2-5 years in account management, client servicing, or related roles.

Skills :

Familiarity with working with enterprise clients.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
