This high-profile role involves developing and executing sales plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals of enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding customer bases, and fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and implement sales plans to achieve annual growth targets and expand install base accounts globally.
  • Identify and execute account development opportunities by aligning ERP solutions with evolving customer needs.
  • Collaborate with delivery, consulting, and pre-sales teams to ensure seamless client engagement and measurable value realization.
  • Maintain a robust opportunity pipeline, ensuring risk diversification across accounts and geographies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in similar roles, with a minimum 5 years of direct ERP sales experience (IFS, SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Sage, Infor, Microsoft).
  • Proven ability to think strategically, operate globally, build lasting relationships, collaborate effectively, and communicate persuasively.
