We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. This role requires a unique blend of technical, business, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of our clients with our services by working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
This position involves managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success, developing positive relationships with clients, setting and tracking account targets, aligned with company objectives, suggesting actions to improve sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth, delivering excellent customer experience, knowledge of CRM software and MS Office, understanding of sales performance metrics, excellent communication and negotiation skills, business acumen with a problem-solving attitude, and a strong understanding of IT services, solutions, and technologies.
Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
- Develop positive relationships with clients.
- Set and track account targets, aligned with company objectives.
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Deliver excellent customer experience.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
- Strong understanding of IT services, solutions, and technologies.
- 10+ years of experience in enhancing client-relationship management.
- Talented at strategically pursuing the account retention and mining.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and ownership of customers' success with measured through renewal rate, NPS, and other metrics that measure customer sentiment.
- Passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers.
- Grow and develop existing clients in IT Industry in terms of technology and business understanding.
- Travel experience with valid visa.
You will be working with top fintech & HR companies from North America and Europe. Leveraging the relationship with the most proficient Industry Leaders. Passion to grow and scale business.
