Workforce Management Support Specialist

Job DescriptionWe're seeking an Enterprise Support Specialist to join our Partner Relations team. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our partners' Vendor Management Systems (VMS). Your primary responsibilities will include worker assignment, timesheet creation, and billing processes to ensure efficient workforce management.
Key Responsibilities:- You will collaborate with the Enterprise Ops team to understand partner workforce needs and VMS requirements.
- You will access internal systems and external partner systems to gather information and data used to assign workers to specific job orders.
- You will ensure accurate and timely worker placements based on partner requirements.
- You will generate and maintain timesheets for temporary workers via CSV upload or manual input into partner VMS.
- You will verify and reconcile timesheet data to ensure accuracy.
- You will address any discrepancies or issues related to timesheets promptly.
- You will assist in the billing process by providing accurate payment information to the finance department.
- You will track and document billing information to facilitate accurate invoicing.
- You will address partner inquiries related to billing and resolve any discrepancies.
- You will ensure all data entered into the VMS system is accurate and up-to-date.
- You will implement quality control measures to prevent errors and improve data integrity.
- You will participate in regular audits and checks to ensure compliance with partner agreements.
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for resolving partner disputes.
- You will investigate disputes thoroughly and collaborate with stakeholders for resolution.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of work experience in business, payroll, revenue operations, VMS, or invoicing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel/Google Sheets, is required. Familiarity with SQL is advantageous. You will be responsible for maintaining accuracy and precision in data entry tasks, collaborating effectively with colleagues, identifying and resolving issues efficiently, adapting to changing requirements, and acquiring new skills and knowledge related to workforce management and VMS systems.
