Performance Marketing Strategist

You will be responsible for designing and implementing multi-channel performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals, customer segments, and growth targets.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, display, affiliate, and programmatic platforms to drive business growth.
  • Lead the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for campaign improvement.
  • Mentor junior marketers, manage external agencies, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Partner with product, sales, creative, and analytics teams to align on messaging, targeting, and tracking efforts.
  • Lead A/B testing, customer journey optimization, and conversion rate experiments to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
  • Provide actionable insights and reports for leadership, offering transparency into campaign performance and strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Proven experience designing and scaling high-impact paid campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and BI reporting platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and leadership.
  • Experience managing significant budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead cross-functional projects and teams.
