About This Role:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and proactively identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Present complex performance data in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of AI solutions.
  • Provide feedback to product teams to help shape the development of new features and enhancements based on client needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in marketing.
  • Share insights with clients and internal teams to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media advertising, programmatic, and display.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in analysing data to derive actionable insights and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Client-Focused: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on delivering value and exceeding client expectations.
