Job Title: Performance Marketing Strategist

You will be responsible for creating and implementing high-impact lead generation and e-commerce campaigns, working closely with leadership and senior marketers to drive measurable business growth.

  • Develop and execute ROI-focused campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) & Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation, e-commerce, and affiliate brands.
  • Manage performance campaigns across E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, WhatsApp Lead Generation, and more.
  • Optimize campaign performance by tracking key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPL, and conversions.
  • Test and experiment with different creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop innovative ideas that drive results.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights, and make recommendations for future campaign improvements.
  • Manage budgets effectively to ensure maximum return on investment.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
