We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving campaigns across multiple platforms and delivering exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in running paid campaigns, with expertise in Meta, Google, and Snapchat advertising.

About the Role

As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning, managing, and optimising paid ad campaigns to achieve client ROAS and growth.
  • Taking ownership of client accounts, focusing on retention and delivering timely reports and insights.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, ensuring their goals and objectives are met.
  • Collaborating with our creative and Shopify teams to align campaigns with client goals.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns (Meta, Google required; Snapchat is a bonus).
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
  • A proven track record of delivering ROAS and scaling campaigns profitably.
  • A high-ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
