High-Performing Digital Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Performance Analyst to join our team and play a key role in optimizing and scaling digital performance across global markets.

  • Lead end-to-end performance analysis across paid media channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic, etc.)

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with 7+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, media analytics, or digital growth roles. As a Senior Performance Analyst, you will:

  • Develop and own advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership visibility
  • Translate complex data into strategic recommendations that drive measurable business growth
  • Partner with Paid Media Managers, Growth Marketing, and Data Science teams to shape acquisition and retention strategies
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on attribution models, conversion paths, and media mix optimization
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to building a data-driven culture within the organization

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end performance analysis across paid media channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic, etc.)
Requirements
  • Strong command of digital ad platforms: Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Ads, and emerging channels
  • Proficiency in advanced analytics & BI tools: Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, SQL (preferred)
  • Solid understanding of attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and ROI forecasting
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to connect performance data to strategic business outcomes
  • Strong communication skills to present findings and influence senior stakeholders
