Transform Business Growth with Data-Driven Insights

As a highly experienced data strategist, you will lead our digital performance marketing team to drive business growth through actionable insights and data-driven decision-making. You will develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels to acquire customers and increase revenue.

Key responsibilities include building and leading a high-performing analytics team, defining team structure and roles, and aligning analytics with business priorities. You will also work closely with product, marketing, sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and scalability of analytics infrastructure.

Our ideal candidate has 8-10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or growth roles, with at least 4+ years leading analytics teams in a B2B SaaS company. They must have handled significant performance marketing budgets, demonstrated a proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets, and possess in-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search, social media, and email marketing.

The successful candidate will be proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Mode), SQL, and data modeling concepts, with experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) being a plus. They must be able to translate complex data into compelling business stories for executives and drive alignment on strategic decisions.
