Strategic Digital Marketing Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Digital Marketing Leader to lead our team in developing and executing data-driven performance marketing strategies across all digital channels for a diverse portfolio of clients. As a senior strategist and advisor, you will be responsible for presenting performance insights, campaign strategies, and growth opportunities regularly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead data-driven performance marketing strategies across all digital channels.
  • Oversee execution and optimization of paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing.
  • Lead and mentor a team of media buyers, analysts, and performance marketers.
  • Manage multi-client ad budgets, forecasting, pacing, and performance analysis to deliver strong ROAS and CPA outcomes.
  • Work closely with creative, analytics, SEO, content, and account teams to ensure alignment on client goals and campaign execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 3 years managing multi-channel campaigns across multiple client accounts.
  • Deep platform expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, DV360, etc.
  • Strong grasp of attribution modeling, media mix modeling, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills, familiarity with BI tools like Google Data Studio, Looker, Tableau, etc.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce, SaaS, and lead gen funnels.
  • Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, GA4, and third-party tracking pixels.
