Job Description:
As a Business Development Expert, you will work closely with business owners, founders, and professionals to establish successful partnerships in the region. Your primary focus will be on creating innovative solutions that drive growth and revenue.
- Create pre-launch ventures to test new markets
- Structure shareholder agreements and director appointments
- Sign initial LOIs and prepare customized agreements
- Formalize holding companies with comprehensive digital support
Key responsibilities include introducing stakeholders to explore new business opportunities, guiding leads into onboarding discussions or venture creation, following up with prospects, sharing proposals, and closing deals. You will also provide personalized guidance to clients alongside our regional team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Introduce a minimum of 3 qualified stakeholders per month to explore new business opportunities
- Guide leads from your network into onboarding discussions or venture creation
- Follow up with prospects, share proposals, and close deals
- Attend regular training sessions and advisory townhalls
- Provide personalized guidance to clients alongside our regional team
- Grow your own book of business and build a repeatable referral network
