The BricknBolt team is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the B2B business strategy for the Bangalore region. As a Commercial Business Head, you will be responsible for driving business expansion, identifying market trends and opportunities, and building strong industry relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a regional business strategy aligned with national goals.
  • Identify regional market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to drive business growth.
  • Build a strong presence in local industry forums, associations, and networks.
  • Acquire enterprise and mid-market clients across Bangalore and surrounding areas.
  • Own and deliver revenue targets, ensuring consistent pipeline generation and conversion.

As a leader, you will be responsible for managing P&L for the Bangalore region, ensuring profitability and cost optimization. You will also oversee client delivery, onboarding, and customer satisfaction in the region. Additionally, you will build and lead a high-performing sales and account management team for the Bangalore region.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field preferred.
  • 5-12 years of experience in B2B business leadership, sales, or regional business management.
  • Strong understanding of the Bangalore market, with established local networks.
  • Proven track record of achieving regional revenue targets and scaling businesses.
