Job Title: Regional Head

About the Role

The Regional Head will oversee the overall Procurement & Inputs function and implementation of facilities under input & extension activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Milk Procurement & Growth: Strategize and execute milk procurement volume growth initiatives.
  • New Chilling Centers Setup & Infrastructure Management: Lead the setup and management of new chilling centers to enhance infrastructure and efficiency.
  • Milk Quality (Average Fat & SNF % Achieved vs Target): Implement quality control measures to achieve target milk fat and SNF percentages.
  • Cost Efficiency: Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to optimize procurement and operations.
  • Farmers Network Development: Promote farmer network development through strategic partnerships and training programs.
  • Feed Supplements and Veterinary Services: Source and provide high-quality feed supplements and veterinary services to dairy farmers.
  • Adherence to Food Safety & Quality Standards: Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards across all facilities.
  • Team & Performance Management: Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Managerial role.
  • Proficiency in Marathi language.
  • Strong leadership skills.
