Head of Design

The Head of Design will lead our team of over 450 designers in India, fostering a collaborative environment where problem-solvers can thrive. Our global agency brings together various teams under one brand, delivering end-to-end experiences for clients worldwide.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned design practitioner with hands-on skills, strategic thought leadership, and experience driving design quality. Key responsibilities include leading the design operation from India, evolving our service offering, and providing career mentorship.

You will cultivate relationships with clients, assess performance, and work closely with regional counterparts to establish best practice models. Ultimately, you will raise design outcomes across teams, build a studio environment where each member can excel, and future-proof our teams.
