We are seeking a results-driven sales and business development professional to establish strategic business ties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, connecting, and collaborating with key decision-makers from various industries.
About the Role- This role involves identifying potential leads, developing sales strategies, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate, construction, interior, or B2B sales, exceptional communication skills, and a strategic approach to sales.
- Follow up on business leads and referrals assigned by the inside sales team, driving the sales process forward.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to ensure efficient sales processes and outstanding customer experiences.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to drive sales and meet targets.
- Work in a fast-paced startup environment, maintaining flexibility and focusing on achieving results.
- Participate in local marketing initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and help scale the business in your region.
- Bachelor's degree in civil, construction, or architecture.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, construction sales, preferably in B2B or partnership management.
- Demonstrable track record of negotiating and closing partnership deals.
- Experience in sales and business management strategies and planning.
- Drive strategic growth with full ownership of partnership development.
- Good at relationship building with a solid data-driven approach.
- Kannada speaking is mandatory.
