About the Position

Our Sales Role seeks a highly motivated professional to drive our growth in various regions, including Bangalore, Delhi, Visakhapatnam, Patna, Kolkata, Trivandrum, Pune, Mumbai, Mangalore, Kochi, and Kerala. The successful candidate will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager and be responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market plan for the region to achieve assigned sales targets.

The ideal candidate will establish strong relationships with healthcare institutions and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), driving strategic deals that prioritize the overall well-being of patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets in the assigned geographical region
  • Determine market potential, prioritize opportunities, and develop a go-to-market plan
  • Drive optimal operating mechanisms to monitor progress and deliver fulfillment targets
  • Develop trusted relationships with senior Clinicians and KOLs in core areas
  • Establish MOUs and grow business engagement with key healthcare customers by delivering solutions
  • Nurture relationships with professional society stakeholders within the geographical area
  • Plan and conduct regional and local marketing events, including roundtables and client-site functions, in collaboration with the Marketing team
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest in Next Generation Sequencing and standard of care in Prenatal and pediatric genetics
  • Be accountable for sample/case progression from order to reporting
  • Act as primary customer point of contact and resolve issues for the assigned region
Requirements
  • 0-3+ years of experience in Molecular Diagnostics Industry
  • Experience in Reproductive and Rare Disease preferred but not mandatory
  • Good understanding of genetic testing landscape
  • Academic degree in Science, particularly biotechnology, would be a plus
  • Willingness to travel 70% of work time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in local language preferable
