
Sales Growth Executive

Job Description:
The primary objective of this role is to promote and sell products to new customers and cross-sell to existing customers from other departments, contributing to revenue growth. To achieve this, you will be responsible for managing various channels such as branches, teams, and sales networks, and establishing business relationships with key stakeholders in assigned territories.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies with senior management to drive revenue growth
- Manage productivity levels of sales executives and optimize sales performance
- Conduct market research and analyze market potential to identify opportunities for growth
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints efficiently
- Liaise with internal teams to coordinate sales efforts and supply management reports on customer needs and product potential
