Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Business Development expert to drive strategic growth initiatives, shorten our sales cycle, and expand global business opportunities.

  • Analyze current sales processes and identify bottlenecks hindering closure.
  • Develop strategies to reach senior decision makers (CXOs, VPs, Procurement heads) in both domestic and international markets.
  • Design qualification frameworks for consistent pipeline management.
  • Structure service offerings into pilots, PoCs, and tiered proposals for faster sign-offs.
  • Train internal sales teams on effective discovery, pitching, and follow-up techniques.
  • Support international expansion with tailored messaging for US/EU markets versus Indian markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategize and execute growth initiatives to accelerate deal closures.
  2. Refine our GTM strategy to optimize lead qualification and engagement with CXO-level decision makers.
  3. Design repeatable sales playbooks for both domestic and international markets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B IT services sales/consulting.
  • Proven track record of closing mid-to-large enterprise deals.
  • Strong understanding of cloud, AI/ML, DevOps, ERP, or digital transformation services.
  • Experience selling in both Indian and international markets (US/EU preferred).
  • Excellent network and ability to open doors with senior executives.
