Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team. As a dynamic and results-driven individual, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Motivated sales expert with extensive experience in end-to-end sales within Microsoft or equivalent enterprise applications.
- 5+ years of face-to-face selling experience, with expertise in Microsoft product suite including D365, PowerApps, and Business Central.
- Creative communicator who crafts compelling pricing proposals, negotiates terms, and manages contracts.
- Results-driven individual with a strong track record of selling to technical and business audiences, building trust and respect.
- Passionate about identifying new business opportunities and developing effective sales strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to simplify complex contractual, technical, and financial details.
- Proven ability to build and foster strong customer relationships within existing customer bases.
- Strong networking skills and industry experience to drive new business and lead generation.
- Liaising with solution consultants to ensure correct business outcomes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, focusing on Microsoft sales and ERP solutions and business applications.
- Experience with Microsoft Solutions (CRM, Dynamics 365 BC, Dynamics NAV, Finance and Operations).
- Independent self-starter with a no-nonsense mentality.
- Ability to translate industry business problems into technology solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Prior consulting services sales experience required, with an understanding of Microsoft's business applications preferred.
