Sales and Operations Planning Team Leader
We are seeking an experienced leader to join our organization as a Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Team Leader.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the S&OP function with strong knowledge of end-to-end planning.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in leading S&OP functions
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end planning (Demand, Supply, Inventory)
- Proven team leadership and people management experience
- Hands-on expertise in digital planning tools like Kinaxis Maestro or IBP
- Working knowledge of ERP systems: SAP ECC or S/4 HANA
- Strong analytical, organizational, and facilitation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration (Master's preferred)
- Experience in recruitment and onboarding of team members is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the S&OP function with strong knowledge of end-to-end planning
- Develop and implement effective S&OP processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project execution
