We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Business Strategy & Operations team as a Senior Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects and influence strategic decision-making.
The Business Strategy & Operations Consultant will play a key role in designing, executing, and optimizing business strategies for our sales forces across the US affiliates. This requires a strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive fair, transparent, and motivating incentive structures.
- Develop and implement business strategies to align with business objectives.
- Analyze business performance data, trends, and key metrics to evaluate strategy effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, analytics, and HR teams to ensure alignment of business strategies with broader business goals.
- Oversee business administration, including quota setting, sales crediting, and payout calculations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Identify gaps, streamline workflows, and enhance business processes for efficiency and fairness.
- Develop reports and dashboards using Excel, SQL, and BI tools to provide visibility into business performance.
- Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and corporate policies while designing and executing business strategies.
Key Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
Experience:
8+ years of experience in Sales Incentive Compensation, Sales Operations, or a related function.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry sales compensation programs.
Familiarity with IC platforms like Callidus, Xactly, or Javelin.
Understanding of sales force effectiveness and performance measurement strategies.
